Despite being a Kerry native, it’s fair to say that Shee made a name for himself while attending college in Limerick when he founded the Touch of Techno collective alongside Charlie Moloney. After quickly realising that his sound lay much further across the house than techno spectrum, their collective’s name is indeed a bit misleading however through bookings such as Baltra and Folamour the pair slowly changed their sound, with Shee excelling through his production’s online popularity over time.
Headline shows have come all across the country as he quietly won the respect of fellow producers and punters as his output continued to increase. The scope of Shee’s popularity soon became apparent when promoters across Europe started pencilling him in for dates across France, Belgium and more, alongside fellow Soundcloud stars such as Niles Cooper, all while his name and sound became a staple of YouTube channels such as Houseum. ‘Am I Just Living’ is his latest hit taken from his Champagne and Guinness EP and yet again proves exactly why his name has been a staple on festival lineups such as Life, Higher Vision and Mass over the past few years.
